A beautiful and spacious room, comfortable big bed, and powerful air-conditioner. We were even freezing at times. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Great place for a relaxing vacation. The resort has everything from a 3d cinema, midget golf, animation team, 5 pools + water slides and a private beach. The location outside of hurghada means you can actually fully relax. Everything was clean, and everybody was helpful and friendly. After check out i was allowed to still get drinks and use the lunch restaurant.

Perfect place with children, staff is super friendly and they are very service minded, our kids loved the water park and the staff in the kids club made their vaccation even better. Most definitely a hotel to return to.

- Very good location. - Clean beach. - Beautiful gardens. - Many pools, plus aquapark was amazing. - Regardlessly of the food It looked like a 5 stars hotel somehow. - There was a pharmacy nearby. - You can find water dispensers everywhere. - Nice kids area and video games and small car rental.

very High recommended "Service related to the value is very good" my experience related to the 4th visit - swimming pool became better than 10/10 - Staff for All Resort 10/10 - staff at Restaurant 7/10 ( Unfair service. pay Tip ang get good service.) - Value of Money 10/10 - Greenery and trees 10/10 - Beach and diving 10/10 - Example of a successful and beloved manager , he is consider one the of the success parameter Mr Atta 10/10 -Example of a successful , Fair and smiling Face staff also his mentality is considering one the of the success parameters Belal Amer / Luxor Bar and Tareq Abd El Mordi room service 10/10 - unfortunately restaurant rate decrease from the Last visit The food quality is very good but the variety has become very poor. to be 7/10 - All lobby 5/10 ( furniture need washing ) - Parking 0/10 The sun is scorching and a car sun shade is very important .it's very critical point should improve this point please WIFI in the Room won't damage the resort budget but small Bundle free of charge will be increase hotel rating wish next time I can rate you with 10
